This HMS Victory model ship is an exquisite 1:80 scale model of the HMS Victory, with details including bound masts, yards with stunt's booms and foot ropes, carved full sails running and standing rigging with carved scale blocks, dolphin-striker, safety nets, carved fiddle-end prow with coat-of-arms, anchor with chains and hawse pipes, catheads, bitts, stove pipe, sail winch, belaying rails and pins, companionway, helm and tiller, ship's bell and other details. The model ship has double rosewood planked hull with open gun ports and metal guns, pressed stern and quarter gallery decoration boarding companionway.

About 'H.M.S. Victory':
HMS Victory is a first rate ship of the line of the Royal Navy, started in 1759 and launched in 1765, most famous as Lord Nelson's flagship at the Battle of Trafalgar.
H.M.S. Victory displaced over 3500 tons and
measured 226 feet in length and 51 feet abeam. HMS Victory hull was sheathed in
copper to guard against barnarcles.
In a stiff breeze, HMS Victory carried 36 sails
totaling four acres of canvass.
HMS Victory could plough the waves at 10 knots.
Fair weather or foul, HMS Victory was a fortress city, stocked with 35
tons of powder and 120 tons of shot. HMS Victory possessed the endurance to remain
at sea for up to six months at a time.
Honored and preserved over the years, she rests now at Portsmouth ,
England as a museum ship, a never-to-be-forgotten symbol of loyalty, courage, and devotion
to duty.
